Within the framework of the federal program of modernization of the primary health care, designed for 2021-2025, a large-scale re-equipment of hospitals and a clinic, serving up to 50 thousand population, starts in the Saratov region.
Recall, earlier, the start of this project was scheduled in 2020, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was shifted at the beginning of 2021 the activities of the program were developed in advance, in accordance with the parameters approved by the Federal Ministry of Health, in coordination with the heads of administrations of municipal regions, Medical organizations.
In just 5 years it is planned to purchase 10 computer tomographs, 4 MRI, 53 X-ray apparatus, 68 fluorographs, including 21 mobile, 33 stationary mammographic apparatus, 86 ultrasound devices, 128 units of endoscopic and 215 units of laboratory equipment. In total, in the framework of the acquisition and replacement for the entire period of the program, a procurement of 1746 units of equipment in the amount of 3 billion 813 million 501.80 thousand rubles was planned.
This year, two district hospitals will receive new computer tomographs: the devices will arrive in Ershov and Atkarsk.
In general, in 2021, the acquisition of about 470 units of equipment including: 4 fluorograf; 13 stationary mammograms, 18 stationary X-ray apparatuses, 31 chamber mobile X-ray apparatus. More than 40 IVL devices, 25 ultrasound devices, 16 endoscopic apparatuses, laboratory equipment and others will arrive until the end of the year in hospitals and polyclinics of the region.

For these purposes, it is planned to purchase 248 passenger cars for the polyclinic and hospitals of the region additionally to the top 49, which were purchased in 2020. To date, 26 cars have already enrolled in the region and are distributed on hurghanizations.
