04. The fog is gradually dissipated and already seen "Rostov Arena". During the minutes, fifteen to this left bank, Don was not visible at all.
05. From the Voroshilovsky bridge, by the way, the famous Parameon warehouses are visible.

08. Beach and part of the left bank park. If you do not take into account the beach itself, then somehow a lot of empty space.

10. The presence of a police station "Plot" and the post of protection here is due to the fact that the deceased football fans can start the ride in the park. Police will stop it.
11. Yes, there is too much empty space. Few Art objects do not compensate for the presence of emptiness.

14. Behind the flower beds and plantations are cared. In general, it becomes less than empty space and the territory begins to turn into a full-fledged park.

Yes, perhaps the park has problems - problems with empty space, problems with diverse buildings that are not harmonized with the surrounding situation. This is at least what I highlighted for myself.
