Inside the laboratory there are two compartments - physico-chemical (new research on KBJU) and microbiological (research on sanitary microbiology, mold yeast and pathogens).

Another plus of its own laboratory is the rate of result. If the external laboratories give it usually after 10-14 days, then in your own licensed laboratory we get an examination immediately. And for "thieves" it is fundamentally important, the company is responsible to buyers for the quality of each product.
At "Dvorville" there is a system of work with customer appeals. All appeals are processed, and if the claim is confirmed - the product batch is removed from the shelves of all network stores.

About 20 tests are carried out per day for nitrites and about 20 - physico-chemical, as well as about 30 microbiological, plus an organoleptic test.
