If we talk about the concept of the development of Surgut: we have adopted such a concept, this is a big document, development plan and in general how we will move on. Are you already familiar with this document? And if you have a feeling that plans with the implementation are in some imbalance?

The imbalance today is manifested in terms of the needs of the inhabitants. If there is not enough places in schools, if the transport network today does not serve the city and its needs, and we see traffic jams - it is already an imbalance. But this is not a pathology that is born by someone deliberately, it is a growth task. When the body, enterprise, organization, the city is growing, there is an imbalance: something is ahead of something growing. This imbalance is definitely necessary to analyze and close today.

Surgut today is positioned as a city, which in the future can become a half-millionth. The half a millionth is imposed on the manager, managerial duties, responsibility and complexity. Do you feel about this?

Half a million babies - Is it for Surgut? If this is an endo, yes, probably, once we will become. If this is the actual state of our effective and high-quality development is another. Completely different. Maybe we will create conditions in the city of opportunity, as I designated that people will come here for their implementation. Then it will be half a millionth. And if a person cannot sell an apartment here and buy anything in return, then do we need such a half-million babes? Here the question is very debated.

What do you think it is necessary to make fundamentally from the point of view of quality so that in Surgut remains to live?

Yes, in order to implement yourself - in creativity, in business, in his profession, in order to get a secondary education here, which will give a bar above the average in Russia in terms of opportunities to obtain the profession of the future. Is it not important? Wouldn't we want, are you for your children, I have such conditions for your own conditions? That is, not through the mechanism of a simplified idea of ​​the expansion of the city, but through the conditions that will be the internal motivation of a person: "I want to stay here and I want to implement here." Rather than: "There is no other option, I will try here." Do you feel the difference? Such an image of at least in the directions that I designated today, with the potential of Surgut really implement.

Those projects that have already begun in Surgut. I mean the renovation of Lenin Avenue, the reconstruction of the park "For Saima" ... Yes, many such projects. Will they continue?
