Noting the traditional friendship between the Kazakh and Kyrgyz peoples, the head of state stressed that Kazakhstan is considering Kyrgyzstan not only as an ally, but also as a fraternal state.
"We appreciate this tradition. Our task is to continue this tradition, strengthen it. I believe that our today's negotiations will be fruitful, "said the President of Kazakhstan.
In turn, Zaparov expressed deep appreciation to Tokayev for the invitation to visit Kazakhstan with a state visit, noting the proximity of two peoples. The President of Kyrgyzstan led an excerpt from the poem of the outstanding Kazakh poet Zuban Moldagaliyev, in which the proximity of the Kazakh and Kyrgyz peoples is symbolically reflected.
