Since the beginning of 2021, more than 2.5 thousand inhabitants of the Nizhny Novgorod region became the participants of the project "Sports in every courtyard", which started in the region in September 2020, reported in the regional minport.
Its main goal is to attract lovers of an active and healthy lifestyle: both beginners and experienced athletes of different ages. The project implementation increases the availability of sports for residents and will be in perspective to contribute to the creation of sports courtyards.
The Ministry of Sports of the Nizhny Novgorod region as part of the "Sport to each courtyard" project organizes physical education for residents and sports activities to fulfill the rules of the GTO. In addition, the program format provides for training under the guidance of qualified specialists, sports instructors for citizens of any age. All workouts are held for free.
So, over the past months, despite the epidemiological situation, sports infrastructure in the city of Fr. was actively involved. Semenovsky, in Dzerzhinsk, in the transport area, in the city of about. Bor and in Vyksa, where physical exercises with the instructors of the "Sport to each courtyard" project were one of the favorite forms of leisure of many locals.
For example, in the urban district, Semenovsky only since the beginning of 2021, about 25 outdoor activities were organized at open sports grounds with the involvement of residents of different age categories. This is active in the framework of the decade of health in the New Year holidays, and regular classes of the club of the Scandinavian walking club "Scandadops", and sports-quests in the "Days of Winter Sports" and Carnival. More than 600 people have participants in sports activity.
One of the most active participants in the project is also Dzerzhinsk - in winter, 45 collective workouts were organized, in which more than 800 people were attended, including two open workouts for participants in clubs on Scandinavian walking.
In the city of about. Kulebaki in the framework of the "Sport to each courtyard" project were organized by the League of Yard Hockey and the League of Yard Football in the Snow, 139 people took part in tournaments. In the Dalnerestanntinovsky district, weekly pass through volleyball for adolescents and young people, classes for families with children, preparation for the implementation of GTO standards, competitions with the invitation of teams from neighboring settlements.
As previously reported, the project "Sport to each courtyard" in the Nizhny Novgorod region is implemented within the federal project "Sport - the norm of life" of the national project "Demography".
