The rector of Datsan (Shiremethe) Zorigto Batuev said that the Buryat language house was built on the means and with the help of parishioners. To date, four groups have already been gained to explore the native language - two adults and two children's 15 people. Two teachers will work with them.

The goal of the project is to promote the spiritual and moral development of the person through the attachment to the national language, culture and traditions. Last year, the initiative won the "Provincial Meeting of the Public Wealth of the Irkutsk Region". The size of the subsidy allocated from the regional budget amounted to about 630 thousand rubles, told in the government of the Irkutsk region.

The money was aimed at purchasing an interactive boards and a projector, computer, furniture and other equipment. In addition, the UAB administration submitted to Dachin educational and methodological complexes for the first second grades, published as part of the regional training program by the native language and literature. Another gift was the magnetic and chalk board, which was handed over the head of the region Igor Kobzyev.

Also in Ust-Orda on February 12, a new building of the Ust-Orda National Library opened. Also in the building is the center of folk creativity and the center of artistic folk crafts. Previously, they worked in adapted wooden buildings that were in disserval. The construction of the new building was launched in August 2019, work was held for a year and a half. Their cost was 203.5 million rubles, funds were directed from the regional budget.

The library is the largest fund-holder in the territory of the UABO, so the book fund in the new building has created conditions that meet all modern requirements. There are spacious reading rooms for adults and children. A separate room for storing especially valuable and rare books is highlighted. There were no such conditions in the former adapted building, and here "Grammar Mongolian", published in 1835, a full collection of works by N.G. Pomonyovsky 1912 of the publication, the works of Alexander Pushkin and Heinrich Heine, printed over the century ago.
