And although both have a higher education, at first we decided to get a work specialty: "From something you need to start." The criteria were somewhat: legal and safe work, expected salary, decent living conditions. They decided to contact the agency, since the experience of employment abroad was not.
"After that time, the agencies had already called the agencies that were offered to work in Poland, we ended up as a result of the company" Global Service International, "said Vitaly. - They are written on the site: it is employed abroad with a warranty of 100% or return all the money. They had vacancies to work in the greenhouses, it was satisfied. Managers said that three or four months will leave for the design of all documents. Vitaly sent the received documents to the editor. - In fact, this contract was never signed. I was sent to email to me - familiarize yourself with it, but neither I, nor my friend sign up in the end, - says the interlocutor. - In the contract it is indicated that 150 euros should be paid for the services of Global Service International, in two stages, in rubles at the rate of the National Bank. For delay - penalty and penalty. In October, I made the first payment, in December - the second. The act of completed work was not concluded with me, I did not sign anything. For this money, we promised to find a job in Poland, solve all issues with documents, including visa.
From the contract, which Vitaly and his friend was sent by e-mail, they found out that the Global Service International concludes an agreement with another Belarusian company, "Fortismedia Groups", here in it as a result and employed guys.
"Fortismedia Groups", in turn, sends employees to Poland to work by the Watching method, continues Vitaly. - As we explained, the salary enters Belarusian rubles, everything is legally, the employer pays for us all taxes in Belarus. It was emphasized that we would not even be considered "TUNADETS". On December 18, 2020, the employer's contract was concluded with me as with an employee, however, there is no room on this document. We immediately said that you need to write an application for a vacation at our own expense, will be looking for a workplace in Poland.
Waiting for work, according to Vitaly, delayed.
- We were constantly fed with "breakfasts", they say, that is, there will be a visa entry, this is about to work permission, "the interlocutor explains.
Ruslan Brushtunov, his friend, says that his expectation stretched even longer, because he referred to employment documents in August.
"I live in Grodno, I knew from acquaintances that they were recorded for a visa at the consulate, that is, the places were, and at the end of 2020 people left for Poland," he says. "I applied to the company's managers, where I was employed, and they say, they say, there is no free recording, wait. But for me, every month was critical, I had to take money in debt, even to pay the "global service of the Internet" for this employment.
Ruslan listed only the first part of the payment, 75 euros in the equivalent.
- I saw that there was no real movement to send us to work in Poland. That is, in fact, we have concluded an agreement with the Belarusian companies, we were told to write a vacation at our expense, and we just sat without work and without money, "says the interlocutor. - In mid-January, a friend went to Poland from Fortismedia Group. He was promised to work at the factory for the production of automotive spare parts, and in fact sent to the Rubber Recycling Plant. Housing, according to him, "sad". How much he will earn, he really did not know. So the second payment is to list "Global Service International" I was ready with my first salary when I found it in Poland, but the manager said that it was not suitable for them.
At the same time, Ruslan and Vitaly recognize that in a few months of waiting they still received a working visa and permission from the employer in Poland. The permit, however, is canceled, since they did not fall on it.
"Even having these documents on your arms, you can't, roughly speaking, break and go, you need to wait until you call you the company" Fortismedia Groups, "says Vitaly. - By the end of February, we realized that they were not welded with them, and decided that we had to look for work, sit without earning and then we could no longer.
As a result, the ads' guys found the appropriate option and in the near future it is calculated to start work.
"I will not chat, it was not easy, because I have never been to Poland, I don't know the specifics of the labor market, but we found work - for maintenance of roads," Ruslan notes. - The permission that the Belarusian company has made for us, naturally, is canceled, the new employer makes permission at his own expense, it takes up to 10 business days. We immediately said that we consider this option as temporary to catch, in Poland 90% of vacancies for those who are already in the country - due to restrictions on entry due to coronavirus.
"We understand that returning spent money for employment is unrealistic," says Vitaly. - The company "Global Service International", under the contract, should employ us for the "Fortismedia Group" throughout the year. And on the fact, we were arranged there, without indication that we would definitely work in greenhouses in Poland. Already being employees of the Fortismedia Group, we agreed to first write an application for a vacation at our own expense, and when they realized that all this was delayed, they themselves wrote an application for dismissal. So, probably, from a legal point of view, do not sink. I just wanted our story to become instructive for others: carefully read the contract and really count how much time it takes such employment.
Velimir Zalennev, director of Global Service International in Comments Tut.by stressed that the company considers their obligations fulfilled. According to the interlocutor, Shiokanok and Brushtunov were employed in the Fortismedia Group, with which the Global Service International Affiliate Relations. "Fortismedia Groups", in turn, concluded employment contracts with them to work with utility workers.
- We do not hide what we cooperate with the Belarusian company, which sends workers abroad, on the watch. Everything is open and legally. And now about 60 people work so much, some have already been ready. Earnings - about 2 thousand rubles "clean", people are satisfied, "says Velimir Zalenynev.
The director was surprised that neither sewing nor Brushtunov had a contract for the provision of services in fact, although they paid for the services of Fortismedia Group (Ruslan - only the first part).
"They confirmed the fact that they confirmed that they agree with the provision of the contract," said Velimir Zalenis. - They did not apply to us with a claim for the return of funds. First you need to come to us and write a statement, and we will understand. Our contract is concluded for 12 months and is still in force.
According to him, cases of refund in their practice were, but when it was established that a person was not employed not in his fault. As for the delay in sending to Poland, this question is within the competence of Fortismedia Group, the interlocutor said. But according to him, the situation greatly complicates the closeness of the borders due to coronavirus and the reduction of the diploma.
The director of Fortismedia Groups, Andrei Gubar, also says the same. In the comments Tut.by, he explained that the staff voluntarily wrote a statement first on vacation at their own expense, and then the application for dismissal. According to him, in March, the situation with vacancies became better, but hoping for work in Poland, it is necessary to understand that the process of paperwork can really stretch for several months.
