This odnushka area of 30 square meters with high (five meters!) The ceilings includes a spacious living room, a separate room on the mezzanine floor (thanks to the ceiling height) and even a terrace overlooking the pier. To zonate the space in the whole apartment, but at the same time save the feeling of space, the designers were tapped by a niches of drywall. They were used both as storage spaces, so as not to hammer the space with additional cabinets.
The main color in the finish is white. Walls and floor of one shade erase borders. In addition, designers deliberately adhered to neutral colors and abandoned large prints that would emphasize a small area.
The living room furnished in the color of the walls, so the area seems more. However, in order to zonate a resting place at the sofa and dining space, beige shades were used: wooden chairs at the dining table, a carpet and a wooden coffee table.
The kitchen from the living room is visually separated by partitions on both sides. In order to save space in the kitchen and release the work surface, the whole technique was built in the headset. For example, the microwave is suspended on the bracket, and not stand on the worktop, as usual.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor. Due to the niche in the wall here there was a place not only for a large bed and a working corner, but even a dressing room.
In the bathroom, as well as in the whole apartment, everything is thought out. For example, to add an additional storage space, but at the same time do not overload the space with drawers, the designers installed the shelf above the washing machine.
In the corridor there was a place for hangers and a wardrobe. The cabinet with sliding doors is not a random solution, because, unlike ordinary, they save space.
