On January 28, a small and medium-sized businesses together with the subjects of the Russian Federation, local governments and the Offices of Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Russian Federation in federal districts, the All-Russian Meeting on Property Support for SMEs and Self-employed citizens was held. Representatives of the Kovrov Business Incubator took part in it.
The meeting was raised by the issues of property support of small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed citizens, introduced taking into account the addition of the national SMEs project and scheduled for implementation in 2021.
Among such areas, the systemic work of the authorities of all levels, including the expansion of support for the preferential provision of unused property of state and municipal enterprises and institutions, land plots from land, state ownership is not demarcated, as well as planning such property, including marketing Business informing activities on the conditions of obtaining free state and municipal property, creating opportunities for obtaining property support by self-employed citizens.
The SMEs Corporation presented methodological materials that simplify the organization of such work, as well as presented the practice of the Republic of Komi to establish preferences for the subjects of SMEs and self-employed, allowing to obtain state property on a preferential rental rate in a declarative procedure without conducting long-term trading procedures, Orenburg and Sverdlovsk regions - Organization of interaction with self-employed citizens, withdrawing restrictions on regional and municipal acts for the provision of property support of this category of persons.
At the end of the year, self-employed citizens are planned to provide at least 400 property objects, entrepreneurs are at least 28,500 facilities, as well as adjusting federal legislation in terms of improving support for support.
