The competition was offered to hold representatives of LLC "Medium Volga" and for their part provided prizes for 1 place 20 thousand rubles, 2 second places of 10 thousand and 3 third places of 5 thousand rubles. The event was planned to be held with the participation of the administration of the Balakovo district. But as a result, the implementation of a positive initiative is stuck in the administration's bureaucratic machine.
Because of the voltage of officials, the organizers decided to announce that the contest did not take place. This was announced by one of the representatives of LLC "Medium Volga" Alexey Matyushkin. He spoke in detail about the causes of what happened.
"The idea of the competition has arisen in December. We appealed to the Committee for the Education of the Balakovo district and offered a competition, taking on the cost of prizes. We believe that the competition among schoolchildren cannot be carried out bypassing power. The idea was the best for children to become interested else to learn the history of their family, chat with parents, grandparents, study family archives. To better learn the story of the city of Balakovo, the Saratov region. After all, love for his homeland begins with love for his family. Balakovo is the city of five Komsomolskaya buildings. People came from all over the country to the construction site, created families and remained to live here.
It all began not bad. In January, a draft Regulations on the Competition was developed, which we promptly agreed. Then it turned out that no meeting could not. In my opinion, at the beginning of February, a meeting was held in the administration of the Balakovsky district, he was held by the Deputy Head of the Balakovo District on Social Affairs Tatyana Kalinin. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Committee of Education Love Beszsposhnikova, director of school №28 Konstantin Kuznetsov. We agreed about everything, the idea of the administration itself was approved.
Then the magician began. The position was reconcilized, but they soon said that it was necessary to remake. It was three times. These documents do not find ten differences. This stretches for three months. We were then simply allowed to understand that it would be better for us to try to spend it without the participation of the administration. This is a relationship, "said Alexey Matyushkin. He stressed that the organizers did not want and do not want to hold a competition without the participation of the administration not only because for the behavior of the results in the jury the relevant specialists were collected, teachers. But the most important thing is that the process of education of young people is not carried out under the auspices of the authorities. In their opinion, it is impossible to let it be an important thing for samonek and create a dangerous precedent.
