In the Ivanovo Regional Duma, a workshop was held, which discussed issues of introduction in the field of a new system of payment for travel in public transport inhabitants of preferential categories based on the Mir national payment system cards.
It was attended by the Speaker of the Regional Parliament Marina Dmitrieva, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Duma Alexander Fomin, Deputies, representatives of public organizations and carriers companies, heads of specialized departments of the Government of the Region.
During the meeting, it turned out that from April 5 to July 1, the so-called transitional period will act. At this time, children under 14 will be able to easily ride public transport both with social cards and with the World Mats, and EMV Standard Maps.
In particular, the manager of the Ivanovo branch of the Central Russian Bank of PJSC Sberbank Vitaly Doroshenko recalled: Owners of social cards and children from 14 to 18 years old have the right to issue a world map in any bank, and to make a concessional card, you just need to come to the office Sberbank or MFC.
As noted, the EMV standard will be issued in the educational institution if the student is under 14 years old.
