In some houses of the Old Fund, the installation of ramps is almost impossible (there is no place, a very steep exclusion angle, etc.). And even if there is a ramp or lift, often a wheelchair cannot use them yourself.
"There is still no concrete solution. Rampes and lifts are more replaced by the call buttons that are partially broken, and the staff can only go out and dilute with their hands, as it is not possible to bring a disabled person to the room. The issue of price and quality in tenders in relation to the available environment is also relevant.
