The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that on the night of January 1-2 in January 2, in the urban village, Hedsk drew attention to the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado car, which was moving along Lenin Street with swam glasses. That is what caused a suspicion of employees, the driver filed a stop signal, including the light and blue beacons on the patrol car and feeding a beep.
The Toyota Land Cruiser Prado driver did not respond to the requirement of inspectors and continued to move. However, it was soon detained: the car was parked on the front on the road, and the Toyota way was blocked behind the service car.
- During the proceedings, it was found that the driver is a 63-year-old local resident. On the evening of January 1, he celebrated his holiday at home and used alcohol, but having quarreled with his wife, decided to ride around the city. When checking the documents, the inspector felt a sharp smell of alcohol, which proceeded from the driver, was reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the survey in the exhaled driver, air was revealed 2.0 ppm alcohol.
- For the management of the vehicle in a state of alcohol intoxication and failure to fulfill the requirements of the traffic police officer about the vehicle stopping, the man will not only be deprived of a driver's license for a period of 3 years, but also pay the impressive amount of the fine, - noted in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Recall that in accordance with Art. 18.16 Administrative Administration of the vehicle in the state of alcohol intoxication, performed for the first time, is punishable by a fine in the amount of from 50 to 100 basic values and deprivation of the right to control vehicles for a period of 3 years.
The same actions performed again during the year entail criminal liability under Art. 317-1 of the Criminal Code. In addition, a special confiscation of the vehicle is provided (regardless of the property rights).
