City budget, as well known, is always limited to the possibility of allocating funds for the avian cleaning of the city from snow. It may seem that you just need to purchase additional techniques and keep it in the reserve. It is necessary to build additional snow removal stations. The only problem is that heavy snowfalls are three - four times a year. And then not every year. For example, the past winter was almost mad. So, the technique and stations will simply stand up. Probably, for additional budget funds, you can find no less worthy use.
The problem of overloaded road traffic remains difficult and still not solved. Cars captured the urban space, the residents of the city were supplanted from it. In the areas of old building, streets and yards are not designed for such a number of private machines. The owners are forced to park their cars along the streets, occupy any free platform in parking courtyards, even if it is a lawn. In such conditions, it is impossible to high-quality, the more faster cleaning of the snow fell. So, for high-quality cleaning of the city from snow, it is necessary to build cheap, comfortable multi-level parking. Perhaps some of them make free at the expense of the municipalities.
