Deputies of the Cusuals of the Kirov region adopted the law on increasing the time of selling alcohol for two hours in the morning. That is, now alcohol can be bought from 8:00 to 23:00. At the same time, the sale of alcoholic beverages will still be prohibited in the last bell, the International Children's Day, the Day of Youth and the Day of Knowledge.
The authors of the initiative Vladimir Yagykin and Yuri Tereshkov noted that the restrictions on the sale of alcohol contribute to an increase in the turnover of illegal products, which leads to poisoning, including death, as well as a decrease in tax revenues. According to them, the adoption of the law will lead to an increase in tax deductions to 100 million rubles per year.
