The Russian government approved the renewal date of the railway communication with Belarus. This was reported in the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers on February 3. It also became aware of the increase in the number of flights to a number of neighboring countries.

"From February 8, 2021, passenger railway communication with Belarus on the route Minsk - Moscow - Minsk and on the route Moscow - Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad - St. Petersburg with a bus stop in Minsk, will be resumed on a mutual basis. Russian governments.

As noted, on the representation of the operational headquarters for the prevention and distribution of Coronavirus, Mikhail Mishoustin signed a whole package of documents expanding the passenger message. In addition to the resumption of train movement, air communication with Belarus and Kyrgyzstan will be expanded on a mutual basis, and flights to Azerbaijan and Armenia are resumed.

So, from February 8 from 3 to 5 per week, the number of regular flights Moscow - Minsk will grow, to which the weekly flights Rostov-na-Donu - Minsk and St. Petersburg - Minsk will be added. The number of flights Moscow - Bishkek will grow from 1 to 3. Later, from February 15, flights Moscow - Baku (2 weeks per week) and Moscow - Yerevan (4 per week) will be launched.

Previously, Russian authorities changed the order of entry for residents of the EAEU countries. From February 1 to March 1, citizens arriving at Russian airports from Armenia and Belarus should present a negative test for Coronavirus in the mobile application "Travel without COVID-19".

Recall that the specified application is a pilot project of the Digital Initiatives of the EDB, launched in Armenia, Russia and Belarus. Within its framework in the territory of the three countries, authorized medical laboratories are identified. Citizens who received a negative test for coronavirus in these laboratories and granted it in a mobile application may freely cross the borders of the project participating countries.
