In connection with the situation in the world in connection with the spread of the new coronavirus infection, COVID-19, Russia was interrupted by flights with foreign states. Russians were looking forward to the resumption of flights. Especially this concerned tourists.
It became known that from January 27, 2021 it is planned to resume air traffic between Russia and Finland, India, Qatar and Vietnam. However, the joy is somewhat premature, since the country's data will not be discharged for tourists. So, the Russian will be able to go to Vietnam only on a working visa, and in Finland - according to a student or to solve humanitarian issues.
According to the data obtained during the study conducted by the American Forbes agency, at the moment there are tourists-Russians are ready to take about 25 countries. With these countries, Russia has already resumed flights. The beginning of flights started in August 2020. From this period, the boundaries of a number of countries opened. Among these countries there are countries of the former post-Soviet space: Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. However, at some of these "open" countries, exclusively, those citizens who have a residence permit or correspond to certain criteria.
To the number of countries that any Russian can visit can only be attributed to Abkhazia and Serbia. There are no restrictions. When visiting these countries, even certificates are not required about the absence of coronavirus infection or the presence of vaccination.
In the event that a visit to Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will have to visit, then the person arriving in these countries is obliged to provide the result of the PCR test for the presence of coronavirus infection. The shelf life of the test results is 3 days. If there is no such test when visiting Kazakhstan, a citizen will appear on a mandatory quarantine for a period of 14 days.
In addition to providing the results of PCR test, citizens arriving from our country to Turkey and Tanzania are required to fill in a special form "Health Form".
Tourists visiting Egypt, in addition to the results of the PCR test, is prescribed to have existing medical insurance, which includes the ability to pay for treatment from COVID-19.
A similar requirement for the presence of medical insurance is valid for Cuba, where the test for a coronavirus infection is passed by a citizen immediately upon arrival at the island, as well as a mandatory thermometry.
The negative result of the PCR test will be required when traveling to the Maldives. In addition, no less than a day is to fill out a declaration on the state of health and submit documents that confirm the reservation at the hotel, as well as the availability of tickets.
A Russian tourist when visiting the UAE should provide the result of PCR test (96 hours), medical insurance and two special forms: on health status in general and about downloading the COVID-19 DXB application.
The result of the PCR test in Ethiopia is considered somewhat longer. Here it is suitable as much as 120 hours. The requirement for its provision does not apply to children under the age of 12 years and on those who should be transit through this country.
The one who has time to make the vaccination from coronavirus can safely travel to the Seychelles. However, Russian tourists are not available to Russian tourists. This is due to the fact that Russia in this state is attributed to the number of countries that have an unfavorable epidemiological situation.
To date, Switzerland, South Korea and Japan are closed to visit tourists.
