In electronic form, an emergency report for the period from January 1, 2020 can be downloaded at public services. Such an extract is assigned by an electronic signature of the FIU employee, and it is obliged to take on a par with a paper document, certified by the "live" signature.

The electronic labor has the following advantages: with its help it is easier to make loans, passports and pensions, it is easier to get a remote work. An electronic book cannot be lost or spoiled. And also the workers now have the opportunity at any time to monitor independently, if the employer made information about labor activities in the book, and, accordingly, whether they will be credited to the experience.
So far, information is recorded in the electronic version only from January 1, 2020. And if the paper work will be lost, the record of previous work will be very difficult to restore. However, since March 2021, the FIU promises to begin at the request of employees to transfer information about labor activity until 2020 from paper work in electronic, and not coinciding these fund will be clarified from employers.

Unlike paper work, information about awarding and promotions is not made in the electronic version (at least yet). And this is important for the design of federal and regional benefits. However, this information was previously made not all employers. Therefore, probably, in the new version of the paper labor, which the Minthouse wants to introduce from 2023, there will be only seven reversals to make awards, and in the liners and is less.
