Next, the vice-premieres of the two countries discussed joint projects in the field of pharmaceutical industry, including the construction of a plant for the production of medicinal and hygiene products in Kazakhstan and the creation of enterprises for the production of pharmaceutical products in Uzbekistan, "the press service writes.

The Kazakhstan delegation spoke about the interim results of the I and II phase of clinical trials of the inactivated QAZCOVID-IN vaccine. "In continuation of the meeting, Tugjanov put forward a proposal to develop and sign the agreement between the ministries of health of the two countries. As clarified, as part of a two-day visit, the Kazakhstan delegation will visit a number of medical centers and pharmaceutical enterprises, as well as the Tashkent Medical Academy. In turn, Tugzhanov invited Uzbek colleagues to visit Kazakhstan with a return visit to familiarize himself with the work of the leading medical centers. Musaev thanked for the invitation and expressed his willingness to continue the further exchange of experience, knowledge and advances in health and education.
