The Minister of Finance of the Tula Region, Alexander Klimov, noted that in 2020, the execution of budget revenues was 94.4 billion rubles. This is 12 billion rubles (15%) more than last year. From the federal budget, 28 billion rubles were received, which is higher than 2019 by 12.5 billion rubles (80%). Also last year, subsidies were obtained to ensure the balance of budgets in the amount of 3.5 billion rubles and to combat COVID-19 - 3.6 billion rubles.

The execution of the budget of the area of ​​expenses amounted to 96.2 billion rubles. This is 14.1 billion rubles (17%) more than last year's values. The amount of budget deficit - 1.8 billion rubles.

For the fight against Coronavirus last year, more than 5.5 billion rubles were spent. Funds were aimed at stimulating payments, measures of social support for medical workers and social workers; procurement of medicines, drugs IVL, personal protective equipment, medical devices, equipment; Creation and re-equipment of a kingdom, measures to reduce tensions in the labor market and unemployment payments.

In 2021, 1.2 billion rubles is provided for the prevention and elimination of the consequences of the dissemination of COVID-19. Of these, about 500 million rubles will go to doctors.

12.7 billion rubles were sent to the implementation of national projects from the budget in 2020. They are mastered by 94%.

Public social obligations to citizens amounted to 10.5 billion rubles, which is 2.8 billion rubles more than a year earlier. These funds included additional social support measures: monthly cash payments for a child from 3 to 7 years, payments to large families and unemployed. In addition, the funds were sent to the repair of kindergartens, the creation of new places in schools, the purchase of medicines and equipment, equipping sports facilities, etc.

According to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Tula Region, Andrei Filippov, in the year, the target wage targets in all categories of workers established by the Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation were achieved with the exception of the wages of teachers of additional education institutions. In absolute terms, the wage level of this category of employees also corresponds to the established dynamics for 2020, however, due to the level of average wages of teachers, due to payments from the federal budget of the monthly remuneration for a class of 5,000 rubles, the payroll ratio has not been reached in full.

The governor instructed Andrei Philippov to personally monitor the execution of targets within the framework of the Presidential Decree "On Events on the Implementation of State Social Policy".

Alexander Klimov also reported that investment expenses at the end of the year amounted to 7.3 billion rubles, which is 2.4 times more than in 2019. In 2020, funds were allocated for the construction of a new building of the Tula regional perinatal center, the oncological center, a house for the elderly "care", the creation of additional places in kindergartens. The construction of oriental trafficking in Tula was completed, 250.5 km of regional, 138.5 km of municipal roads and six bridges were repaired.

In 2020, 24,17 thousand square meters were reset. Emergency housing and resettled 1,182 people. The 313 yard territories and 17 public spaces are landscaped. Replaced 5 km of water supply networks. 5,500 people are provided with high-quality drinking water. Replaced 191 elevator.

550 million rubles were allocated for additional support for the budgets of municipalities.

The volume of municipal debt increased by 11.1% and amounted to 7.3 billion rubles. The highest amount of debt - in Tula (5.6 billion rubles) and Novomoskovsk (1 billion rubles).

Alexey Duchi instructed the Accounts Chamber and the Economic Block of the Government of the Tula Region together with the heads of administrations to work out a question of debt obligations and develop proposals for increasing the investment attractiveness of the region, the press service of the Government of the Tula region reports.
