No festive table costs without satisfying salads. However, such a snack can be prepared on a regular day, cooking will take quite a bit of time.
Recipe
For the preparation of salad you will need to prepare:- crab sticks - 1 package weighing 200 g;
- Potatoes - 2 pcs;
- Cream cheese - 1 pack (90 g);
- bulb - 1 pc.;
- Sugar - 1 tsp;
- Vinegar (9%) - 1 tsp;
- Chicken egg - 4 pcs.;
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.;
- Salt to taste.
Potatoes and eggs pre-cook, cool and clean. By the time of the preparation of lettuce, they should be room temperature. Eggs cut and separate yolks.

- To prepare this salad, instead of the usual onion, you can choose a salad grade - white or red.
