"This is a rather strange measure: fighting internal prices by introducing prohibitive export duties. On a short time segment it can give an effect. But extremely insignificant: the costs of reinforcement constitute the interests of the percentage in the cost of construction. And in the future, metallurgists will begin to reduce production and deliveries to the domestic market. The only real option to deter price is to expand production.
