The finale of the professional competition "Teacher of the Future" - one of the projects of the Presidential Platform "Russia - the country of opportunities" - started in St. Petersburg.
The competition is held with the support of the Ministry of Enlightenment of the Russian Federation within the framework of the national project "Education" and aims to support and promote teams of teachers who know how to work together and are ready to apply modern practices in their work.
Among the finalists of the Competition "Teacher of the Future" - two teams from the Nizhny Novgorod Region: School No. 88 "Novinskaya", Bogorodsky district, the village of NEWS (Samartseva Alena Sergeevna, Gusanova, Julia Alekseevna, Mikhalitsyn Julia Konstantinovna) and schools number 10, Pavlovo (Charitinov Viktor Grigorievich, Solovyova Maria Andreevna, Gromova Irina Ivanovna).
"Of the 39 thousand participants at the start of the competition in the final, 99 teams were published - 296 teachers from 44 regions of Russia. That is, 132 people claimed one seat in the final. It is important that among the teams of finalists there are not only experienced teachers, but also many young people, "said Alexey Commissioners, General Director of ANO" Russia - Country of Opportunities ".He clarified that the finalists would have to undergo three full-time competitive tests: an interdisciplinary lesson, an educational event and participation in the conference as speakers.
In the final in St. Petersburg, teams of teachers from all districts of Russia gathered. Far East, Siberia, Ural, Volga region, Northwest and Southern Federal Districts will present 12 teams of teachers, the North Caucasus - 13 teams, and the Central Federal District - 14 teams of finalists.
The concept of competition is laid by the ideas of teamwork and "Troubles": teachers are not only carriers of knowledge in the discipline taught, but also provide psychological and pedagogical support of students, and also own a word as a tool of upbringing.
Recall that the competition "Teacher of the Future" started on November 19, 2019 and included four stages: registering participants, online testing (subject or meta-certificate test, psychological and pedagogical test and test for speech culture), as well as full-time competitions.
All contestants, successfully overcoming remote and full-time stages, was provided with access to electronic libraries and webinars, and the finalists are a program of improving professional skills. The winners team will also receive in the mentors of famous popularizers of science, managers and methodologists of leading educational institutions in Russia.
The peculiarity of the professional competition "Teacher of the Future" is not only that teachers compete in teams, but also in post-projects. Following the results of the "Teachers of the Future" Community from among the semi-finalists and finalists of the competition. Members of the community will have the opportunity to participate in educational events based on the workshop of Sezheng - Educational Center Ano "Russia - a country of opportunities", as well as in key events of education.
