Almaty. 2nd of March. KazTAG - Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Almaty Zeepdarbek Bekshin signed a decision on the launch of the ASHIQ pilot project, according to the press service of the city of DSEK.

Below is the full text of the decision.

1. To start implementing the ASHIQ pilot project on the following entrepreneurship sites in Almaty:

1) fitness clubs;

2) spa centers;

3) saunas, swimming pools;

4) Computer clubs (with the exception of persons under 18);

5) Bowling clubs;

2. Management of entrepreneurship and investment of the city of Almaty, the Chamber of entrepreneurs Atameken, Almaty city:

1) determine the list of entrepreneurship objects involved in the implementation of the pilot on the implementation of the ASHIQ mobile application at the entrepreneurship facilment in accordance with clause 1 of this Resolution;

2) Weekly update and provide in the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the city of Almaty information with an indication of entrepreneurship objects involved in the implementation of the pilot on the implementation of the ASHIQ mobile application at the entrepreneurship facilities under paragraph 1 of this Resolution;

H) inform the population, individuals and legal entities about the need to use the ASHIQ mobile application available for downloading to ArrStor and Raumrket to enter the entrepreneurship objects participating in the pilot with a reception in the city of Almaty.

3. The following criteria for the restriction of work of socio-economic objects are applied to the objects of entrepreneurship participating in the pilot on the implementation of the ASHIQ mobile application.

1) with an elevated level of incidence of coronavirus infection (red zone), criteria for limiting the operation of socio-economic objects for a moderate incidence of incidence of coronavirus infection (yellow zone) established by the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) at a moderate level of incidence of coronavirus infection (yellow zone), criteria for limiting the operation of socio-economic objects of a low incidence of coronavirus infection (green zone), established by the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are presented.

4. Business entities involved in the pilot on the implementation of the ASHIQ mobile application in the city of Almaty to provide activities in compliance with the following requirements: computer clubs (only persons who have reached 18 years and older) in the yellow zone are allowed: when filled with no more than 50%, with operation mode from 12.00 to 24.00; In the green zone: when filled with no more than 75%, with a mode of operation from 12.00 to 24.00;

2) Bowling: in the yellow zone: when filled with no more than 50%, with a mode of operation from 12.00 to 24.00; In the green zone: when filled with no more than 75%, with a mode of operation from 12.00 to 24.00;

3) The admission of visitors to the objects of entrepreneurship participating in the pilot is carried out under the condition of scanning at the entrance of a special QR code to determine the status of a visitor to present at the entrance or outlet of the room: "Green" status - the visitor is indicated in the database as the past PCR testing with Negative result on CVID-19; "Blue" status - there is no result of PCR testing, not listed as a contact with the patient CVID-19; "Yellow" status is marked in a database as a contact with patient CVID-19; "Red" statue is registered in the database with a positive result on CVID-19; In the absence of a smartphone at a visitor, an employee of the entrepreneurship is checking the status of a visitor in the information system with its consent;

4) Inadequate visitors to the objects of entrepreneurship participating in the pilot to be wasolation according to the status: "yellow" (contact with COVID-19), "Red" (with a positive result on CVID-19) in accordance with Annex 36 of the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2020 No. 67 "On the further strengthening of measures to prevent diseases to coronavirus infection among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
