According to the press service of the head of the region, the report on the topic was the Minister of Property Relations of the Marina Byrgazov. She reported that the total area transferred to the use of real estate facilities on the balance sheet of the Office, at the end of last year, was almost 930 thousand square meters. Of these, 840 thousand "squares" leased and about 90 thousand square meters are transferred to gratuitous use.
The largest tenant - Irkutsk International Airport JSC, renting nearly 805 thousand square meters of airfield structures. Subjects of small and medium-sized businesses occupy 43% of the remaining useful area of the rented premises. Among them are catering enterprises, organizations selling essential goods, beverages, newspaper products.
In second place there are other commercial organizations that occupy 21.4% of leased areas (without taking into account the facilities of the airfield). These are structures placing equipment for the provision of cellular services, ATMs, and one enterprise providing hemodialysis services. Next are not commercial organizations (18.6%). For them - municipal educational, sports facilities, pharmacy points (8.5%). The same area is rented by federal structures.
In 2020, from renting the property of the treasury of the Irkutsk region, 69.4 million rubles were planned. Actual receipt was 80.8% of the expected. This is due to the provision of tenants for delay and exemption from rent in the context of the spread of a new coronavirus infection. So, the Irkutsk airport was granted a delay in the amount of more than 14.5 million rubles. These funds must be received in the regional budget in the current year. A total of 84.4 million rubles are planned to receive 84.4 million rubles from passing the state property of the Irkutsk Region in 2021.
Today at a meeting of the regional government, the executive bodies of the region's state authorities were entrusted to conduct an analysis of the subordinate agencies for rent and free use of real estate objects for their more efficient use.
