In Russia, the contest "Leaders of Internet communications" is held. Its organizers are ANO "Dialogue" and regions management centers (SDGs) with the support of ANO "Russia - the country of opportunities." Competition will be held in several stages. The first one - registration - already started, it will last until February 26, 2021.
According to the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko, the competition is conceived as a new environment, where the real leaders of Internet communications will improve their skills, acquire new competencies.
"The main task of the competition is the selection and training of talented people from all digital specialties. Today in our country there is a general trend of the transition to Internet communications, and the Ugra is considered to be one of the leading regions of Russia in the field of digital transformation, therefore the need for qualified personnel with the necessary competencies increases, "the head of the regional management center told Under the Ugra Valentina Kolpakova.
The participants of the competition can be Ugra under the age of 18, who want to develop in the digital-sphere. It can be both very novice specialists in the field of Internet communications, content managers, analysts, bloggers and experts, heads of digital information projects and other professionals.
According to Valentina Kolpaykov, the competition will become a unique platform for non-Maging, the creation of expert communities in the field of Internet communications from different regions and with different practical experience. All participants will be able to receive an objective assessment of their competencies and on the basis of this outline paths of their professional growth.
Winners will be able to undergo internship from leading Internet experts of the country and mentors, as well as submit their own project. They will also be included in the personnel reserve for key positions of the press services of the authorities, ANO "Dialogue" and in the partner companies of the project will participate in specialized events in Russia and abroad. But the main thing - the winners will receive the opportunity for free training on the educational program for the development of management and digital competencies on the basis of Moscow State University.
