In the regional context, the most criminal offenses were registered in Almaty: 201 case, plus 34.9%. The capital follows the capital (175 offenses, plus 50.9% per year) and the Zhambyl region (168 offenses, plus 73.2%).

Among the countries of the country are significantly better than the Kyzylorda region: immediately minus 82.9%, until only 19 cases, against 111 a year earlier.

The main part of the offenses against the health of the population and morality in two months accounted for cases associated with narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Thus, 64.9% of the offenses were recorded under the article "illegal treatment of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, precursors without a sales goal", another 25.4% of cases had to be illegal manufacturing, processing, acquisition, storage and transportation of these substances For sales purposes. On propaganda or illegal advertising of narcotic drugs accounted for 38 cases (or 2.1% of offenses) - by 11.8% more than a year earlier.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs prepared a draft resolution of the Government of Kazakhstan on changes and additions to the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors to be controlled in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The need for amendments is explained by the leading legislation in line with the recommendations of the International Committee on United Nations Control Committee, as well as lists, lists and tables of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors to be monitored in the Eurasian Economic Union.

Since the beginning of the year, in a state of narcotic or toxicomic intoxication, 162 people made criminal offenses. Including an offense 46 people recognized as cases of moderate gravity, 15 - grave, 6 are particularly serious. Among all persons, 40 violators were punished for driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication, 97 - for illegal treatment of narcotic and psychotropic drugs.
