A preliminary forecast of the development scenario of the spring flood of 2021 in the territory of the region was known, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Vladimir region reports.
In connection with the snowy winter and predicted warm spring, a complex flooding situation is pre-expected. The main indicators affecting the intensity of the spring flood - the height of the snow cover and the supply of water in the snow - exceed the average perennial values.
Expected weather conditions in March, in early April will contribute to the destruction of ice cover on water bodies, increasing the clouds and wormwood, reducing the thickness of the ice, increase the water level, and at the end of March in early April, a sharp increase in water levels in rivers.
Presumably scenario of the spring flood can occur at the level of indicators of the spring flood of 2013. The appearance of spring ice phenomena (swears, wins, etc.) and the opening of the rivers in 2021 on the rivers of the region are expected in the first decade of April.
In the second-third decades of April, there is an increase in levels to maximum values. Levels on the Ode River (Murom), on the Klyazma River (Vladimir and Vyazniki River), on the Small Rivers of the Vladimir region can reach dangerous values. The maximum levels of water in the rivers of the area are expected above the levels of average perennial values.
With the worst version of the development of the scenario of the spring flood, namely, subject to the falling out of intense and long rains - in the zone of possible flooding, there may be: 22 settlements in 13 municipalities, with a population of 3,464 people, 12 economy facilities, 28 parts of highways, length which is 50.87 km.
Cut from the main territories may be 30 settlements, in which 1343 residential buildings are located, where 1019 people live.
As a result of the breeding of a pontoon bridge across the Klyazma River in the Zarechnaya zone of the city of Vyazniki will be limited to transport links with 16 settlements, 564 houses in which 439 people live.
Under the threat of flooding, 6 roads can also have, 229 household plots, 215 garden sites.
