Deputies of the regional Zaksa took the final reading a package of amendments to the budget of the Kama region at 2022-23, having agreed to an increase in costs in the current year by 2.6%.

Regional treasury revenues in 2021 will exceed 152 billion rubles, expenses will increase by 4.5 billion rubles to 176.3 billion rubles. The scope of the deficit will be 24.2 billion rubles (12.8%), which fits into the amount of the permissible volume established by the federal level, reported in the press service of the regional parliament.
Recall that more than 70% of the Prikamye budget expenditures in 2021-2023 will be associated with the social sphere. And redistributed funds will also guide the development of health, education and social support.
In particular, 796 million rubles were allocated to the state program in 2021, and in 2022, financing for this industry will increase by 1.4 billion rubles. The funds will guide the construction of a clinical infectious hospital in Perm, a new hospital of the regional psychiatric hospital, children's clinic of Eye Isolikamsk, rural medical ambulatory, therapeutic buildings and other objects.
More than 174 million rubles will be spent on increasing the average salary of teachers of pre-school education, another 100 million rubles for the equipment of schools and kindergartens. In addition, the costs of free hot meals are increased, the purchase of textbooks and the creation of new places in educational institutions.
A roadfund has grown by 337 million rubles. The budget also provides funds for the implementation of the project of the Perm State Art Gallery, the Museum of Contemporary Art, on the overhaul of two objects of the cultural heritage of the Library named after A.M. Gorky and DramaTheater, the construction and reconstruction of other important infrastructure facilities.
The reserve fund of the Kama region was increased by 1.5 billion rubles (in 2020 there were 5 billion rubles in the fund). The funds will go on the development of the economy, the prevention and elimination of the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.
The deficit of the regional treasury in the three-year period will be reduced from 24.2 to 17.5 billion rubles. For partial repayment of the regional authorities, a coma of traditional bank loans, they plan to issue securities in the amount of 5 billion rubles. Also in the plans of the edge authorities to reduce the volume of loans of commercial organizations, noted in parliament.
