This is the second preview of the future Ford Mondeo EVOS 2022 after the prototypes of the model went to the streets. It is already known that soon we will say goodbye to Mondeo, which we knew him, both in the form of a traditional four-and-five-door sedan, and the traditional station wagon, which gave way to a very sporty crossover.
Moreover, the future Mondeo EVOS will actually be a merchant crossover with an emphasis on a more sporty style, which will reflect in a completely new front panel. The hexagonal lattice characteristic of all models of Mondeo becomes a large inverted trapezium with highly smoothed edges.
The large grill of the radiator has an internal structure with large holes painted in glossy black color, and very narrow headlamps with a protruding LED strip, as well as a thin chrome-plated strip, which serves as a link. Under them will be an additional headlights, in the style of other models in the market.
Ford stylists created a silhouette with a curved roof line, very clean and elegant design with drowning door handles, and the special dose of sportiness introduce red-colored brake calipers and large 20-inch alloy wheels. As we already know, Mondeo EVOS will have a big horizontal screen in the style of BMW and Mercedes.
The future Mondeo EVOS is based on the C2 platform from Focus and Kuga, so it will receive a front and four-wheel drive, and the last in the most powerful versions. Ford will offer a line of four-cylinder gasoline engines MHEV, hybrid cars with automatic recharging and plug-in hybrids with a capacity of 150 hp.
