Good afternoon, my reader. The opening of the new dacha season can be started with the landing of strawberries. The opinions of the gardeners on this occasion sometimes diverge. But most of them believed that the strawberry landed in the spring would have time to be thoroughly rooted, it would safely punish and in the new season will delight good harvest.

Future strawberry harvest largely depends on the quality of the planting material. Therefore, select the strongest and healthy young plants. High-quality seedlings should be:- well-developed urine roots with a length of 6 to 8 cm;
- 4-5 young leaflets of bright green color;
- Light root neck with a diameter of about 6 mm.
In addition, there should be no signs of fading, damage from diseases or pests.
At the foster in the fall, the primer must be dissolved using robble. Similarly, weeds and dry vegetable residues are removed from the future bed. The soil should be fertile, easily permeable for moisture and oxygen, with a level of acidity pH 5.5-6.5.
If the land plot is not drunk, then it can be done in the spring. To enrich the soil with nutrients, it is advisable to add to it (under the steamed):
- compost;
- humus;
- Nizinal peat.

Fertilizer is made at the rate of 1.5-2 buckets per square meter. In addition, for the prevention of fungal infections, the surface of the soil is treated with copper vitrios (50 g) and lime (0.5 kg) dissolved in 10 liters of hot water.
Strawberry seedlings are planted into the grooves or in the wells, the depth of which should be at least 7-10 cm. Between the bushes, the interval of 30-35 cm is kept, if they are planted in a line, and 50-70 cm leaves in a heaters.
If the soil was not fertilized in the fall, then humidies with a small amount of wood ash are added to the landing wells. Plants are placed in the pits, pre-moisturizing the soil. The roots of seedlings are painted so that there is no chances, and then fall asleep their land.

So that the bush quickly passed on, the root neck of the seedlings should be at the ground level. Strong bleeding in the soil inhibits strawberry growth. After the landing is completed, the 0.5-1 l of water is poured under each bush, and the surface of the soil is mounted with a low-level peat or humus.
Best strawberry bushes are developing on well-lit plots. Do not land this plant after parole crops (tomatoes, eggplants, pepper, tobacco). Perfect predecessors will be bean or cereal sites.
Landing strawberries in spring is not too complicated procedure. However, one should not forget that this culture, like any other, is growing perfectly and fruits only subject to the compliance with the rules of agrotechnology.
