The publication notes that the conversations about the new edition of the Code of Administrative Offenses (CACAP) are not underway. In particular, new rules could enter into force in 2019. Then the Ministry of Justice, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has prepared the first edition of COAP changes. The main feature of the new document was to be practically zero tolerance for serious violations.

The publication reports that the final version of the Administrative Code, with great probability, will be aimed at identifying and preventing serious disorders. However, nobody will introduce huge penalties for ordinary violations. It is already reliably known, there will be no cancellation of a 50% discount on payment of fines decorated with video cameras.

Also in the new COAP, the lawmakers are planning to leave a non-influential threshold of 20 kilometers per hour and a fine of 500 rubles for a slight speed. But for all other violations will be punished much tougher, it is said in LIFE material.

The changes are coming as follows:

  • For the control of the car without a diagnostic map, the penalty will be 2 thousand rubles instead of 800 rubles.
  • The penalty for tinting will increase to 1 thousand rubles instead of 500 rubles.
  • The penalty for the lack of the OSAGA policy is 1 thousand rubles instead of 800 rubles.
  • Refusal to pass the medical examination - 40 thousand rubles Plus deprivation of rights for 2-3 years. Now the penalty is only 30 thousand rubles plus deprivation of rights per 1.5-2 years.
  • For the refusal to pass a medical examination after a trip with a minor passenger will have to pay 50 thousand rubles and lose rights for 2-3 years.
  • Excess speed by 20-40 km / h will "cost" 2.5 thousand rubles instead of 500 rubles.
  • Excess speed by 50-60 km / h will cost 5 thousand rubles, it will also have to lose rights for half a year.
  • The penalty for violating the route of railway tracks will be 5 thousand rubles instead of 1 thousand rubles.
  • Dangerous driving will cost 5 thousand rubles.
  • For ignoring the instructions of the police and creating a dangerous situation on the road will have to pay 40 thousand rubles and lose rights for six months.
  • The penalty for the stop at the pedestrian crossing will be 3 thousand rubles instead of 1 thousand rubles.

In addition, it is known that violations with the participation of citizens under 18 in the cabin can be allocated in a separate category. The new changes in the CACAP will be known in the summer, clarifies the publication. Lawyer Andrei Lyaline noted that they will all be aimed at combating drunkards and rude violators of traffic rules whose actions can lead to the death of participants in motion.

Automotive expert and TV presenter Yaroslav Levashov notes that the tightening of the COAP can scare drivers who are accustomed to follow the letter of the law. This, in turn, will lead to an increase in bribes, he is sure.
