The Ministry of Enlightenment of the Russian Federation approved the new rules for the All-Russian School Olympiad (Vosh), which will help to make the process of organizing intellectual competitions more transparent and technological. This is reported by the press service of the department.
According to the document, Vosh will be held from September 1 to June 30 for all school subjects, which may undergo test data.
In addition, the conduct of Vosh will become more technological: at some stages in the audiences there is a video confixation of the whole occurring, and the video of the oral responses of schoolchildren is also assumed.
The transparency of the event will increase - at the time of writing the Olympiad in educational institutions, public observers may be present, representatives of federal and regional departments and authorities, as well as media employees. Answers to oral and written tasks will check several jury members, according to the order, at least two.
In accordance with the new order, children who receive family education or self-education will be admitted to participation in the Olympiad. Also in trials will be able to take part children with disabilities (OBS). Together with the latter during the Olympiad, experts will be present to help the guys to take their place, familiarize themselves with the tasks and write down all the answers to the blank.
The new order also focused normatively and increased the responsibility of the organizers at every stage of the Olympiad. Particular attention was paid to the confidentiality of the Olympiad tasks, strengthened measures to protect the information contained in the sets of the Olympiad tasks, in particular during its development and delivery to the venue of the Olympiad.
In the 2020-2021 school year, in the final stage of the Olympics, the winners of the regional stage of the 2019-2020 Olympics of the school year will be attended, who scored the number of points needed to participate in the final stage, as well as the winners and prison phases of the 2018-2019 school year Olympics, which did not receive the status Veritor "last year.
