On January 22, 2021, a meeting of the Public Commission for Considering Proposed Proposals was held in the administration's building in order to identify public areas issued to the rating vote.
At the meeting, members of the Commission addressed proposals (applications) received from residents of the city. Taking into account the restrictions introduced in 2020 due to coronavirus infection, the selection of citizens from citizens in the public territories of the city to be landscapped in 2022 passed through the Internet through the website of the BMR administration. In turn, a list of public areas of the city of Balakovo, consisting of 39 territories, was placed on the website of the BMR administration. Residents had the opportunity to designate one or more public zones from the list, which, in their opinion, need a landscaping agent next year. In addition, it was possible to make proposals on other territories not specified in the list. A total of 1994 proposals.
Following the results of the largest number of votes, the following territories were obtained:
- Children's Park within the boundaries of the street Torch of socialism, Lenin, Leningrad, Volskaya - 154 votes;
- Public territory, located in front of the theater of the young viewer - 76 votes;
- Public territory, located in the area of the Children's and Youth Sports School "Olympic" - 61 Voice.
- Embankment of the shipping channel along the embankment of 50 years of the VLKSM (Cape of the 1st neighborhood, 3rd stage) - 192 votes;
- City Park in 1 microdistrict (district of the City Palace of Culture, 4th Stage) - 176 votes;
- the territory of general use on the embankment along the shipping channel, from the jumper to the Victory Bridge - 134 votes.
- Public territory, located in the 8th microdistrict along the irrigation canal named after Alekseevsky - 151 Voice;
- Public territory located in 9 microdistrict for SOSH No. 28 (between houses No. 27/6 on Steppe Strepe and No. 29/3 on the avenue of heroes) - 98 votes;
- The territory of general use - Square along the street 30 years of victory - 92 votes. These territories were adopted by members of the Commission unanimously.
According to the results of consideration of applications, the Protocol was drawn up, and the list of public areas, which will later be submitted to the rating vote.
