Construction of the Ice Palace of Sports, in which the youth World Hockey Championships - 2023, lags behind the schedule. Such a conclusion was made auditors of the Control and Accounts Chamber, which, when checking the facility, found a low percentage of work performed. At a meeting of the Commission of the Regional Legislative Assembly, the Deputy Minister of Construction of the Novosibirsk Region, Alexey Kolmakov explained with which it is connected with.
According to Kolmakov, a key role in the slowdown in the pace of construction was played by Covel restrictions: there was not enough hands on the site - the entrance of the workforce into the country was impossible due to the closure of the borders. But today, the situation with the LDS under construction "managed to stabilize". Contractor assisted, new workers were attracted to the work.
"A three-seat work is organized at the facility," the Deputy Minister of the Legislative Assembly quotes. - Now on the site we came out already on the sixth floor. Monolithic works finish at the end of March - early April. Started installation farms overlap. This year, the main tasks are the closure of the thermal contour, the launch of the heat supply system and the transition to the internal finishing works and the installation of engineering systems.
Another reason for the delay is winter frosts. Because work is not in the warm room, you need to take into account the weather conditions. Kolmakov adds that now the lag is almost eliminated.
"We simply do not have another choice - you will definitely complete," concludes a deputy minister.
In parallel, in the area of the LDS, work is underway on the construction of the metro station "Sports". Earlier, the Minister of Construction Ivan Schmidt called the non-critical entry of "sports" after the MCHM-2023. At the same time, the head of the city of Anatoly elbow said that without a new station "Ensure all the passenger traffic that we expect is simply impossible."
