Employees of the country's Ministry of Agriculture are carried out with manufacturers a job aimed at ensuring that the wholesale prices for such food, like poultry and egg meat, did not increase. This was informed by representatives of this federal agency.
As noted, the Ministry does not know cases of increasing the selling value of the main suppliers of the poultry industry products. According to the available information, the average annual price tags for her almost did not change throughout the already number of years. This picture is due to a significant increase in production in the Russian state of the specified product, as well as a large level of market saturation within the country. As reported, the average annual wholesale value of poultry meat last year was even less than in the last year.
At the same time, the costs of feed and imported components increased, the epizootic situation was worsened in some subjects of the federation in connection with the increase in the level of demand for the meat of poultry and on eggs, which, in turn, is fraught with a certain increase in selling price tags in the short term, the specialists of the federal Ministry of Agriculture. This affects this, including the growth of competition for the available volumes of the product between retail and processing, which at certain cases offer a higher cost on direct contracts and tenders.
However, the departments are counting on stabilization in the country of supply balance and suggestions to the end of the current quarter. "We do not see the prerequisites for a significant increase in the price of the meat of birds and eggs this year," says the report published by the Ministry.
It is worth recalling the newspaper "Izvestia" there was information that from the manufacturers of eggs and poultry meat received a proposal of domestic trading networks to increase purchase prices up to 10 percent due to a reduction in the supply of this product due to the spread of bird flu. As the publication informs, the manufacturers also indicated the appreciation of the feed base and to a significant decrease in the livestock.
