Recently, there are confident rumors over the network that Samsung has a series of smartphones Galaxy Note. Unofficial confirmations of this fact so much that, at least a pond of a pride. But Samsung has nothing to comment on anything and does not want to announce, and keep silence about this.
During the announcement of Samsung Galaxy S21 ULTRA, which was supported by S-Pen Stylus, the company confirmed that it was planned to add this stylus to other smartphones. This means that Galaxy Note is no longer needed. Indeed, in general, the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series always walked next to each other and were practically identical solutions, for some exceptions (including the availability of the stylus). Well, now the stylus was added to the Galaxy S series, which means that Galaxy Note is all.
Authoritative insiders also began to repeat each other, speaking to all that the Galaxy Note series is closed and the last smartphone of this line was released last year. First, Ice Universe announced this, then I was supported by Ross Young, the head of Display Supply Chain Consultants and DisplaySearch (in general, also authoritative comrade). But Samsung continues to be silent and does not give anything to understand.
And then Ross Young decided to clarify that all the same, the Galaxy Note series was completed not last year, because the last smartphone will be Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Fe, which will come out a little later. And it is he who becomes the end of this beautiful series of smartphones. So why nevertheless this series of smartphones decided to cover up? The answer is banal and simple: they stopped buying. Everything is too expensive, and buyers do not see meaning in this.
But if you judge so, then with the Galaxy S series it's time to say goodbye, because the sale of these two lines in the past year was, to put it mildly, not the most good. However, the point here is still not in smartphones, because they are really good. Business in prices! Samsung last year I was extremely surprised by the whole world, having charged the price tags for their flagships so high that even Apple was thinking. And prices still continue to grow, sales fall, and the strategy needs to be changed.
Now it remains only to wait for an official statement from Samsung, and the Galaxy Note series can be really forgotten.
