But the temperature on the street and in the summer can significantly go down, which means that the cold will penetrate into the country house. His inhabitants will have to fight for the maintenance of heat in it. At the same time, if the windows are static and their frames, you can quickly shut up with foam rubber or cotton, swing the sweat with paper, then the entrance door is constantly opened and closed, it will not be turned out to be stuck. The only solution to the problem of intake of cold air through the door is to insulate it, while choosing a wear-resistant material with good thermal insulation properties.
There are special sets for insulation of doors, in which: foam ribbons and rollers for fastening upholstery can be included, sewing material, insulation, and nails with decorative caps.
In order not to injure the hands, most part is desirable to spend in special plaid gloves. Start it with the removal of the door leaf with the loops and laying it on the floor. Having waited for a complete frosting of the foam, they align it, trimming the protruding edges with a sharp knife, the door frame around the perimeter reinforced and put off. When the putty is completely dry, the resulting irregularities eliminate them by grouting with sandpaper shallow fraction, after which the surface is ground and, after drying the primer, paint.
If the work on the insulation of the entrance door to the country house was performed correctly, in compliance with all the recommendations, to worry about the fact that warm air will leave the room through the door, no longer have to. However, it is also possible to further insulate it with a special gum or a foam ribbon, fixing the material around the door perimeter in such a way that it closes the natural gap between the door web and the door frame.
