Members of the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region on the budget and taxes approved the introduction of changes to the Regional Budget for 2021, the press service of the SSNO reports.
According to the draft Changes to the Law on the Regional Budget, gratuitous receipts from the federal budget will be increased by 339 million rubles, 135.7 million rubles from which will be for the introduction of intelligent transport systems within the framework of the National Project "Safe and Quality Automobile Roads". As the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, noted, will improve the road situation and reduce the number of places with a high concentration of accidents.
In addition, 100 million rubles from Fedbuduity will be paid to the payment of compensation for milling and bakery organizations of the region to stabilize the prices of flour, bread and bakery products. Another 62.2 million rubles will be directed to the purchase of drugs for patients with COVID-19, which are treated at home.
Also almost 1.6 billion rubles it is planned to increase the Regional Road Fund. 250 million rubles will be allocated to monthly stimulating payments to doctors that are struggling with coronavirus infection.
Significant funds will be laid in the regional budget for the preparation for the celebration of the 800th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod. Additional financing will be laid on the repair of facades of apartment buildings and windows, as well as the organization of flower beds. It is also planned to carry out a comprehensive improvement and landscaping of the central square of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin between the corps No. 1 and 2, the overhaul of the Eternal Flame Memorial Square and the territories adjacent to it. It is planned to repair the facades of the main house of the manor of Mitavishnikov. Premises will be repaired in the Nizhny Novgorod State Art Museum, the Culture Center "Record".
Taking into account changes, budget revenues for 2021 will be 201.7 billion rubles, costs - 222.2 billion rubles, the deficit - 20.5 billion rubles.
