The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation announced violations when using budgetary funds allocated to create and develop technoparks in the Novosibirsk region. Such a conclusion was made during a comprehensive inspection, the results of which are published on the government of Gosorgan.
So, in 2015, from the state treasury, a subsidy of 103.8 million rubles was sent to the region's budget. Of these, 66.9 million were to make the creation of a plot of pharmaceutical technology for the release of experienced episodes of drugs. The project was implemented on the basis of the Biotechnopark Koltsovo, which concluded an agreement with the "MedHoldingGroup" for the supply of equipment and materials for a total amount of 117.3 million rubles. But by 2020 the site was never created, since the supplier did not provide the necessary equipment. In this regard, the legal proceedings began.
"The JSC" CK "Biotechnopark" sent a lawsuit to the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region on the recovery from the supplier 33.9 million rubles (including the cost of non-permissive equipment, fine and state duty costs), satisfied.
