A 17-year-old resident of Grodno fell under the sight of law enforcement agencies for the fact that from March to April 2020 distributed drugs in the city. It was established that the girl became a member of the criminal group, which consisted several people: 19-year-old Grodnoen, a 27-year-old resident of Lida, as well as administrators of the online store, reports Minsk-Novosti agency correspondent.
Thus, the 27-year-old Lidchang agreed with the Drag-Shop administrators about the acquisition of drugs, which then distributed in Grodno. After receiving the coordinates of the large bookmark, he reported them to his partner. This man, in turn, passed the information of a minor girl. She divided the prohibited substance at the dose and placed them in the caches for which she chose secluded places.
It was established that at the time of the crime, both young people were serving a sentence in places of restriction of freedom for previously committed crimes. The girl is not yet attracted to responsibility.
During the arrest, her mobile phone was seized, which stored bookmark information. By coordinates, law enforcement officers discovered and seized forbidden substances. Also at home, the girl has scales, cellophane bags and tapes.
The defendant was questioned by the accused and witnesses, examinations were carried out, the conclusions of which are primarily attached to the materials of the criminal case. Also directed international requests for legal assistance to establish partners of the crime.
The actions of the accused are qualified under Part 3 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code (illegal acquisitions for the purpose of sales, storage and transportation of particularly dangerous psychotropic substances committed in a large-scale group).
The court of all the trinity was the guilty and sentenced young people to imprisonment for six years. A part of the unnecessary punishment of the accused is attached to punishment, so each of them is deprived of liberty for 6.5 years. The girl was sentenced to three years restrictions on freedom without referring to a correctional institution.
