According to the press service of the Helicopters of Russia, the first deliveries of new cars can begin in 2022. "... The planned term for the completion of the development work is 2022. We are put on this time and, taking into account the duration of the production cycle, ready to start an assembly of Ka-52m helicopters to ensure the first deliveries of serial cars next year, "said Yuri Denisenkov, manager of the AAC Progress Director.
According to him, in 2020 in the territory of the enterprise based on serial helicopters KA-52 created two prototypes of Ka-52m. The modernization of the basic version was carried out taking into account the experience of using coalcasting machines in Syria. Among other things, Ka-52m will receive a new system of power supply and target detection. The helicopter will be able to boast the best vitality and greater detection range of goals.
One of the main features of Ka-52m should be a promising long range rocket, known as "Product 305". According to open sources, its range will exceed 25 kilometers (according to some information, the rocket range is 100 kilometers). At the first stage of the flight, it will use the inertial system, and on the latter - the head of the homing head. This will allow to act far beyond the limits of mobile anti-aircraft missile systems of the enemy and as a whole can significantly increase the combat capabilities of the helicopter.
Previously, the "product 305" passed the tests in the armament of the Mi-28NM shock helicopter - the last and the most "advanced" today for today the impact Mi-28N. The upgraded helicopter is a regular carrier of a new rocket.
The transfer of the Russian army of the first of among the previously ordered Mi-28NM became known in December. In total, according to the previously concluded contract, the Ministry of Defense must put 98 such helicopters.
