The second reason for the lack of spare parts for cars is associated with coronavirus. "Someone closed, and production it was necessary to transfer to other countries to other countries, someone made filters, and was forced to re-equip the conveyor under the production of masks, and this is a violation of uninterrupted supplies, which can now be reflected in some positions. But still, I do not see the situation of mass, yes, some positions come out of turnover, but only for a while, "Alexey Lephein said.
Avilon AutoCroup also feels the consequences of coronavirus, but in "easier form". "At the moment, we do not fix a significant deficit of spare parts. According to some brands, for example, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover lacks certain positions, which is due exclusively with the effects of a pandemic: a temporary reduction in production, supplies and turnover as a whole. As for the deadlines, on Hyundai, for example, the expectation of individual positions can sometimes reach 3 months. With spare parts for European cars, the situation looks better. According to the Deputy Director of the after-sales service of Avtdom JSC, Anton Kichigin, serious interruptions with the availability of components for BMW and Porsche not. "Only point positions that are more related to the availability of licenses of certificates for the import of some groups of goods," he said, adding that there are difficulties with motorcyp and related to the mandatory marking of goods.
