This order has made a lot of noise, especially among ordinary consumers, since any raising of the tariff is perceived by the population painfully. According to the project of the Ministry of Energy, utmost electricity tariffs can be increased already in the current year, moreover, it can happen already on April 1. But, as the ministry's press service noted, only if the project is approved. We are talking about producing stations. Moreover, in the case of the approval of the Project of the order, not all electricity producers will receive to increase the tariff. First of all, it will affect the stations operating on the corner, since the latter is becoming more expensive. As for the tariff for the population, the Committee on the Regulation of Natural Monopolies through Applications and Public Hearings. However, as stressed in the press service of the Ministry of Energy, until it is necessary to run forward, it is necessary to wait for the approval of the Project of the order.
In the regions, the published project is perceived as a delayed start: there are no shoes on the straight, and there are no deposit. As the General Director of Pavlodarenergo JSC, Oleg Perfilov, noted, if the order for amending the limiting tariffs for electrical energy will be approved, then the company plans to go out with the relevant application. He stressed that the issue of raising the tariff should rise every year. Due to the growth of MRP, the costs of mandatory payments for employees increase.
"It is necessary to index the salary itself: our level has its level by about 10-12% lower than the average area of industrial facilities. Against this background, we lose a lot of highly qualified personnel, "said the Director General.
The company annually increases the costs of purchasing and transporting coal to stations. Purchase of materials for repairs is mainly produced in Russia, the prices for which annually grow by 10-20%. The cost of contractors and costs that the monopolist is forced to cover the sources of renewable electricity in accordance with the law are growing to the same amount. Increase the growth of expenditures every year increases by 20-25%.
"With an increase in the tariff, we will be able to continue the work on the construction of the golden-out at the CHP-3, without which the station will stop, as this year expires the period of operation of existing ash vehicles. The total amount of costs is 9 billion tenge, "said Oleg Perfilov.
In addition to the fact that the company is engaged in the production and transportation of electricity, the heat networks are also in the "load" that are contained precisely at the expense of the electricity tariff. Heat production is unprofitable. This year 750 million tenge on a tariff estimate is planned for the reconstruction of thermal networks on the current year, and the repair fund will be 830 million tenge. This will replace about 6 km of thermal networks, which is only 1.5% of their total length, and it is necessary to change at least 4% per year.
By the way, if the document is approved, the tariff for consumers in the region will grow by 2 tenge: from 8.29 to 10.29 tenge.
