Residents of the Cottage village "Serednikovo Park", the villages of Ligachevo and Luginino from year to year are forced to go to the Zelenograd bus stop along a narrow road without a sidewalk. Due to the lack of money in the budget, the device promised this year the sidewalk was postponed indefinitely. People themselves had approximate calculations in case the authorities do not help them, and they will have to do everything at their own expense. But there are other ways.

Now again, you intend to think about the security of the inhabitants only when forming a list of work on improvement at 2023-2025.
On the portal "Dobyol" residents received the answer that the sidewalk would not be, because when choosing plots for 2021, their road did not gain the desired number of votes. They were offered to influence the results of a similar vote for 2022.
If you do the sidewalk yourself
Residents "Serednikovo Park" made exemplary calculations: It turned out that it would take about 1.2 km on a pavement with a length of about 1.2 km (without illumination). According to Sergey, the estimate is made to estimate the scale of the problem in rubles, if you do everything in a particular way. But with independent construction there are a number of difficulties.
Firstly, to carry out this kind of work on municipal land, you need to get a job warrant, and if in 2017-2018 such permissions were still given, now it is almost unrealistic. Secondly, most likely, not all residents will agree to pay for the pavement from their pocket.
The sidewalk can be built at the expense of the budget of Moscow
Between Moscow and near Moscow there is an agreement in which the capital is building roads for regional dacities. Moreover, the inhabitants of these border towns are predominantly Zelenograds who work in our city and pay taxes to the budget of Moscow.
In addition, there is no sidewalk further - on the plot until the next stop "Malinskaya Street" - and this segment already belongs to Zelenograd. True, so far they are not going to do it here, they reported in the prefecture, specifying that the inhabitants did not receive corresponding appeals and requests.
Where else to find money
Or money from the budget of the region can redistribute. For example, the inhabitants of New Bakuyev, as approved by the territorial administration of Andreevki, refused to update their road, as it is in good condition (although in the comments far from everyone agree with this assessment). According to the plan of the administration of Solnechnogorsk, the length of the road there is 0.7 km, and the "Serednikovo Park" needs 1.2 km - and not a full road, and at least the sidewalk.
