Irkutsky District, 3.03.21 (IA "Teleinform"), - Physical and wellness complex "Urik-Arena" opened on March 2 in the village of Urik Irkutsk district. The construction of the facility began in 2019 as part of the party project "United Russia" "Children's Sport" and the federal project "Sport - the norm of life." From the federal, regional and local budgets for the construction allocated 182.3 million rubles. It is reported by the press service of the Party Regulation.
The official opening ceremony was attended by Governor Igor Kobzev, secretary of the Irkutsk district branch of the United Russia party, the mayor of the district Leonid Frolov, athletes and locals.
- This is the first sports facility in the territory of the Urca of this level. I am sure that there will always be many children and adults here, and the number of sections will grow. Five coaching rates of the children-youth sports school are open on the basis of Fock "Urik-Arena". This free section of volleyball, basketball, table tennis, Greco-Roman struggle, athletics, hockey with a puck will be free, - said the mayor of the Irkutsk district Leonid Frolov.
The complex is located on an area of more than 1,400 square meters. On the first floor there is a universal gaming room, and on the second - the hall for the struggle and the simulator area. In addition, the tribune for viewers for 300 seats was installed in Foke, visual places for people with disabilities and elevator on the second floor. It was landscaped and the territory around the sports facility - there is a football field with a safety zone, four running tracks, two volleyball-basketball courts and a sector for jumping in length.
As the head of the Urikovsky Mo Andrei coast, the coast, the need for a sports facility is very high.
- Our guys were engaged in either at school, or went to neighboring municipalities. Those who wish to do in the new foke, already 95% have staffed groups. The schedule of classes in sections, training schedules is now approved. I am sure that now Urrick will become the center of sports for various levels, "said the head.
We will remind, the party project "Children's Sport" helps to attach children and adolescents to systematic classes in physical culture and sports, to form their skills of a healthy lifestyle. In the region, sports facilities are built in the project, events are being held. In 2021, in the Irkutsk region, two physical education complexes of an open type will be built within the project - in the Balant and Tauchenian area.
