"I can't comment on this case, because the judge of the Bostandyk District Court No. 2 Temirzhan Kudabayev forbade comment on the media and in social networks," said Urazbachov, answering the CAZTAG correspondent.
According to the defenders of the victim, to endure a private ruling against a lawyer and prohibit commenting the case in the media and social networks, the defendants' lawyers were asked. Previously, representatives of the victim noted that the defendants wanted to bribe the investigation.
Officially, the decree has not yet been made, but the judge was already forbidden to comment on the case.
According to the director of the Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and compliance with the legality of Evgeny Zhovtis, the judge has no right to completely prohibit commenting.
"I don't think the judge may generally prohibit someone comment on someone. What a judge can do, based on article 29 of the Criminal Procedure Code, it is to announce a closed trial if the issue of sexual crimes and other cases of this kind is considered, but Article 29 of the Code of Code of Criminal Procedure is considered very clearly establishing a closed court session. - It is carried out in order to prevent the disclosure of information about the intimate parties of the life of those involved in the case. That is, neither the victim nor the lawyers can disclose the information that were presented during the closed trial and concerned the intimate parties to life. Information relating to a minor, or victim of rape may be limited. It is impossible to disclose the information obtained in the closed trial and information about the intimate sides of life. But the judge in general, from my point of view, cannot be banned, "said Zhovtis.
Since such prohibitions are submitted by the courts not the first time, the editorial office of KazTAG agency sent a request to the Chairman of the Supreme Court Jackip Asanov with a request to clarify how such prohibitions are consistent with the Freedom of Word guaranteed by the Constitution.

Both, according to the victim, forcibly held the girl and abarted over it until the morning. The examination recorded numerous abrasions and hematomas on her body.
