According to the available information, the system will function 24/7, that is, the car owner can undergo a technical inspection procedure at any time of the day.
Procedure for providing access to the system
Data access will have traffic police officers of state and regional levels, as well as operators of authorized maintenance services. Access will be carried out on the basis of a personal identification code, which will be individually assigned to authorized inspectors.
As for operators, which will directly implement the inspection procedure, they will receive access using an account and a special electronic signature, which will have additional fake protection.
It should also be noted that an individual number assigned to the car during the diagnostics or one of the individual parameters of the machine - body number or the wheel chassis number will be performed as an identifier of a particular vehicle.
The EAOST system functioned before, but today it began to look different. Modernization of key provisions allowed the system to become more modern and comply with today. All innovations must earn in practice since the beginning of the spring of 2021. It is from this day that all diagnostic maps will be drawn exclusively in the electronic version and entered into the technical inspection system. At the same time, the documents on the vehicle made before and after the inspection will be applied to the documents. All materials entered in the electronic card will be certified by an electronic signature of the operator, which directly participated in the technical inspection.
