Specialists of the Institute of Development of the Urban Environment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region worked on the project in cooperation with the Arzamas administration. The amount of work was about 140 million rubles.
Also, the facilities for improvement were allocated to Arzamas as one of the winners of the All-Russian Competition "Small Cities and Historical Settlements" in 2018.
A public, sports, concert and others were added to the surrounding area of attractions, which housed a community center, a sports equipment rental building, an art object "Gaidar Star", walkways for Scandinavian walk and cyclists, a scene with an amphitheater. Earlier it was reported that the current spring will begin the landscaping of spaces that were chosen during the voting in 2020. These funds will be allowed to update at least 118 public spaces and 114 yard areas chosen by residents in 2020.
